 Are you tired of being stressed and tired? Are you interested in integrating natural herbal formulas to help with relaxation and aiding sleep? Join us at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden on Friday, August 30 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm as Dr. Anne Kennard shares common herbs for relaxation and sleep, preparing teas, tinctures, and glycerides. Attendees take home a personalized, hand-crafted herbal remedy and a plan of action for getting better sleep. All materials provided.

Pre-registration is required for this hands-on workshop.
The workshop is $55 Garden Members / $65 public.

Dr. Anne Kennard is a Board Certified OB/GYN and Fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona with Dr. Andrew Weil. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor, with a specialization in prenatal and pelvic floor yoga, studied herbal medicine with Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She is passionate about women's health in the body, mind and spirit. She is a dynamic speaker and author of works blending Western medicine, herbal medicine, nutrition, and mind-body therapies. She lives and works on the Central Coast of California.
